Coming soon to the grounds of the 55-acre Encantado Resort are the Villas at Encantado – a limited number of ultra-luxury residences scheduled for release in October of this year. Each of these seven Villas will offer the extraordinary and rare privilege of enjoying resort living in a world-class destination famous for its art, culture and music; with all of the responsibility for maintenance and security to be provided by Auberge Resorts.

Under the direction of two local residents, architect Michael Bauer and interior designer Heidi Steele, these spectacular vacation homes have been designed to deliver an inviting blend of indoor-outdoor living in the unique Santa Fe tradition. Each Villa has been carefully positioned to maximize views of the stunning Sangre de Cristo Mountains as well as the picturesque Resort, with designs emphasizing open floor plans and the use of natural materials. Currently planned are six 4-bedroom residences and one 2-bedroom residence.

The Villas will offer every modern convenience with direct access to the unrivaled services and recreational amenities offered at the Encantado Resort next door. Virtually any desired luxury service can be provided to each Villa, including spa treatments, a private chef, and dedicated concierge assistance.
